Best Value Window - a job very well done! I had a large Palladian window that needed to be replaced. The task was complicated by the presence of a covered portico in front of the window. I had contacted several window contractors and sent pictures and specs for what I needed and all I ever got back were crickets or proposals to do every other window in my house except the one I needed replaced. Eventually, I was given Best Value Window’s contact information by a reputable roofing contractor and that is when the magic happened. John Kaman was quick to visit my house and survey the job. He took measurements and understood that I wanted the window replaced with a top-of-the-line Pella window. He put together some drawings and asked for our preferences for the mullions. He ordered the custom window directly from Pella, and as soon as the window was built and delivered, he installed the window in one day. Some custom trim was also provided for the arched top of the window as well as the sides and bottom. On a 5-star rating, I give John and his crew Six Stars! His performance exceeded expectations and the window looks marvelous!
